MASS Communications was founded in 1994 by Elizabeth Fontaine to fill a growing need for a high quality, service oriented lettershop in central New England. With 20 years of experience in all phases of Direct Marketing and Lettershop sales, operations and service, Ms. Fontaine and her team have grown MASS Communications into a flagship Direct Marketing organization. MASS Communications boasts a prestigeous client list in excess of 150 private and public sector organizations and businesses. MASS Communications operates out of its 30,000 square foot production facility in Leominster, Massachusetts.
